Walking silhouette

On this day Cléa managed to make another interesting cliché. In the archway directly opposite the Louvre, she got interested in the texture of the mouldings and asked me to walk underneath them. The original intention was, once again, to try and play with shadows in the hope of getting a good shot. But much more interesting was the photo where I was just approaching the intended location. My dark silhouette (in that period I tried to dress in all black) looks like a shadow on a light wall. Also, my wide stride adds to the dynamism of this shot.

I did add my own contribution to this picture though. While processing it, I decided to add a slight tilt, so that the viewer feels as if he is being carried along with the walking figure on a turn.
